We use a step-by-step process to develop e-learning courses -  predetermined goals and milestones are the key to success.

Step 1:	Goal analysis Learning goals and content are determined
Step 2:	Rough concept The course structure is described, and the appropriate learning media selected
Step 3:	Storyboard The pedagogic concept for each learning module is fixed
Step 4:	Prototype One module is created to be a reference for the project
Step 5:	Implementation The learning modules are produced and approved
Step 6:	Evaluation The completed learning program is tested with a pilot group
